Prior to Guayaki, Ben was the CEO of Harmless Harvest where he successfully transformed the company from a brand solely focused on coconut water to a leader in premium functional beverages and plant-based dairy, ultimately transforming an unprofitable business into a durable & scalable company. Prior to Plum, Ben worked in various brand marketing and innovation roles at leading companies including Plum Organics, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, and Interbrand.
