As a seasoned marketing, digital and product executive, Meghan has extensive global and local experience leading billion $ brands to market share leadership and P&L growth. She has over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, marketing analytics, product innovation and strategic planning. Prior to joining Hudson’s Bay in September of 2019 as the SVP of Marketing, Meghan held senior brand, marketing and analytics leadership roles at PwC, TD Bank, Mars Canada, and Procter and Gamble, across a diverse group of brands; TD Bank, TD Insurance, Olay, Cover Girl, Iams, M&M's andSnickers, within Canada, the US and globally.
Meghan joinsHudson’s Bay with significant experience in data driven marketing, and a focus on enabling marketing organizations to build stronger brands, create and deliver personalized customer engagement, improve return on investment, and transform their use of data and analytics to deliver insight and growth. She is known as a transformational leader with a passion for building high performing teams, through strategy, design, innovation and strategic planning.
Meghan lives with her husband, four children, a dog and two guinea pigs in Toronto.
