FivePoint Cannabis

Alena is the President and Founder of FivePoint Cannabis - Canada's Original Cannabis Gallery, Chair and Co-Founder of the Bridgeland Business Improvement Area (BIA), and Board Member at the Alberta Cannabis Council.

Alena is a strong believer in supporting local, purchasing Canadian, and operating ethical businesses. FivePoint is a stunning gallery space and cannabis shoppe located in the heart of Calgary where art and music contribute to a laid-back atmosphere. We curate a cannabis menu that focuses on sustainability and local production, while making measurable impacts for artists through direct purchasing and sales, marketing, coaching, and commodifying. Our brand aligns with Alena's mission of operating fair business, supporting the arts, and enacting change through community. It was through the adversity faced during the initial stages of coming out of prohibition that inspired Alena to found the Bridgeland Business Association (BIA).

The BIA works to promote diversity and the evolution of the Bridgeland neighbourhood Business community through advocacy and community stewardship. The Bridgeland Business Association helps to make Bridgeland a destination of choice and an economic center that supports the entire community. Alena contributes to the Alberta Cannabis Council (ACC) with her prior board experience and communications. Alena's major contribution to the board includes creating a space for membership to create reciprocal dialogue amongst all forms of cannabis business in Alberta, allowing for collaborative growth within the industry. The ACC is the largest professional cannabis association in Canada.
