Corinne Lalonde currently holds the position of Associate Director, eCommerce and Content Marketing at the Société des alcools du Québec. As such, her mandate is to optimize the omnichannel customer experience by implementing new digital functionalities and increasing the volume of online sales by developing the e-commerce and digital advertising strategy. Previously, she held similar positions with companies such as Reitmans, m0851, L’Oréal and Danone. She notably managed digital transformation projects and the implementation of Agile methodologies.
Corinne also teaches ecommerce and digital transformation in College Lasalle and HEC Montréal. Several major organizations have retained his speaking services in recent years. Among these are the Quebec Retail Council, the Mouvement Desjardins and mtl+ecommerce. She holds a M. Sc. In Management Science, specializing in Marketing from HEC Montreal. During her studies, she had the privilege of leading one of the first major studies in web user experience at Tech3Lab, the largest user experience (UX) laboratory in North America.
