Gregoire Baret joined the ALDOGroup in 2015 to oversee E-commerce & Store experience, Service Design,Digital Product management and Connected Retail practices. As a Vice President,Customer Experience, his mission is to deliver services or features made to enhance the shopping journey for consumers and sales associates, to frame relevant & performing interactions through all touch points, and to grow loyalty. He also drives research, pilots and tests on new concepts. Prior to this role, he was on the agency side, in a string of senior roles at digital agencies, including Sapient / Razorfish in Paris. Brands Baret has led digital strategy and marketing for include L’Oréal, Adidas, Levi’s, Nike, Nissan, Guerlain and PlayStation.
