Kelly Jackson is Associate Vice President for Government Relations, Marketing, and Communications at Humber College, one of Canada’s largest colleges. She leads an integrated government relations and communications strategy to advance Humber's priorities, and oversees the college’s marketing and engagement strategies with current and future learners. Prior to joining Humber, Kelly held numerous roles in Ontario politics, including as the Director of Communications for the Minister of Finance and Director of Policy for the Minister of Education. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in political science and a Graduate Diploma in German and European studies from York University. She is currently First Vice President of the Empire Club of Canada, Canada’s leading speaking forum, and a Board Director of the North York Harvest Food Bank. She is co-author of a new children’s book, Our Canada: A Year With Canuck Kids that celebrates the shared and diverse experiences of Canadian kids (January 2021: Blossom Books Press).
