Leslie has over 25 years’ experience working with the consumer packaged goods industry managing multi-stakeholder projects and working with senior executives to deliver on objectives.

Realizing the growth of alternative meats and non-dairy products she was instrumental in the development of Plant-Based Foods of Canada (PBFC), the collective voice for the industry in the Canadian market. Leveraging strong relationship building skills and a keen vision, she has assembled a group of passionate companies and individuals in the pursuit of growing the plant-based opportunity in Canada. As the Executive Director for PBFC she is responsible for the management of projects that involve advocacy with government on regulatory modernization, public relations and collaboration with comparable associations in the US and Europe.
