As Global Vice-President, Digital Consumer Experience, Matyas oversees the Digital Factory teams, established in 2018 at BRP; a $ 6.1 billion leader in the world of powersports vehicles, propulsion systems and boats. Among the Digital Factory, we find the Tech Factory, Data Factory, Digital Experience Factory, the eCom and Connectivity group. This internal digital group encourages, develops and implements creative digital responses to BRP's new business challenges. Using agile methodologies and innovative technologies, their solutions leverage advanced analytics, automation and R&D to create the best online and real-world experiences for its consumers across the globe and their diverse cultures.
Before BRP, throughout his career, Matyas contributed to the growth of several major brands such as PepsiCo, Mars, Royal Bank of Canada, Mercedes-Benz, Starbucks, Visa, Campbell's, Bombardier, Lise Watier, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Birks, Hydro-Québec, Cascades and Ivanhoé Cambridge to name a few.
