Prior to Brainlabs, Naomi was at Essence leading the Communications Planning for a series of NBC entertainment brands, including the launch of their new streaming service. There, she authored several provocative thought leadership pieces that identified innovation and growth opportunities. She built business cases rooted in data that steered the organization and industry forward. Naomi has spent her nearly 20 year career with industry leading creative advertising agencies and media companies. She has a plethora of vertical experiences, from CPG to B2B to Financial Services. She has been focused on building brands, leading teams, and developing actionable business strategies that challenge industry norms and steer the bottom line.


Outside the office, Naomi is often found baking something new (and licking the bowl to test for poison).
