As head of Marketing, Rewards and Customer Care, Rachel oversees the teams that design and deliver the end-to-end Collector experience for our 11 MM Collectors. This includes creating desire for the Brand and currency through Marketing efforts such as Brand campaigns, social and traditional media, promotions, direct-to Collector engagement, and in-store POP; Rewards and benefit offers like travel, merchandise, AIR MILES Cash, and events; as well as through the services provided to Collectors online, on the phone, and via social community management.
