He created and successfully implemented a people and organizational development program called NICE, to transform operations oriented companies into Customer Centric organizations. Sergio is a Chartered Professional Marketer (CPM) and the Chief Customer Experience Officer at the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management of Ontario, as well as the CEO at CX Hub Smart Consulting, where he promotes courses to help professionals to become the leaders of the Customer Experience transformation and companies to become Customer Experience benchmarks in their industries
