Shaun Goswell is the Chief Food Officer for Chartwells Canada within our larger organization, Compass Group Canada. He is fueled by compassion and curiosity, and provides culinary vision, innovation and product development.
A native of Truro, Nova Scotia, Goswell graduated with honours from the prestigious Culinary Institute of Canada in PEI. He has held several culinary leaderships positions in Nova Scotia, Niagara, and Toronto in restaurants and convention centres, and executed two Super Bowls and three International AutoShows. Shaun was the winner of The Best Food and Beverage for North America for convention centres in 2015. Shaun joined Compass Group Canada in 2016 with a vision of bringing a culinary team together and focuses on quality standards, continuous improvement, professional development and training.
