Suzanna has over 20 years’ analytics and loyalty experience across Europe, Asia and North America. She has worked with some of the industry's most iconic Retail and CPG brands including Tesco, Groupe Casino, Canadian Tire, L’Oréal, Nestlé and P&G. She has served as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, helping them to turn insights into action to improve the customer experience.

In her role at Indigo, Suzanna is accountable for membership strategy and for the governance & use of customer data, to drive insights and support strategic business decisions.  Since joining the company in September 2018, Suzanna has developed and implemented a new paid membership program, plum PLUS which is designed to build omni-channel frequency among Indigo’s best customers.

Suzanna travels to Haiti each January as an assistant dental hygienist, educator and translator with an international medical & dental mission. She lives in Toronto with her husband and their two daughters.  In her spare time, she organizes social and fundraising events in her community and loves the outdoors in every Canadian season.
