Ted is a partner in EY’s Strategy practice, the national leader of our Consumer Sector and a member of EY’s Global Consumer Advisory Council. Over the past 20 years he has worked throughout the Americas with product and services innovators in every business model configuration imaginable. As a former engineer in the automotive and industrial sectors, he often takes a ‘makers’ approach to solution development and is a highly experienced practitioner with regards to applying design thinking and other innovation techniques to business solution development. Today, his focus is working with enterprise clients to determine how best to adapt and benefit from market disruption in both their operating models and customer digital strategies.
Ted holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Operations Research from Schulich School of Business. He is a frequent industry speaker and lecturer on the topics related to Digital Transformation.
