Trinh Tham is a seasoned and results-oriented transformation and retail business leader with expertise in managing a $2 billion P&L, eCommerce, brand and product marketing, loyalty programs, customer insights and creative teams. She is passionate about building organizational capacity through delivering strategic plans, nurturing the best talent, launching and optimizing digital technology, and driving innovation. She brings a customer-centric mindset and blends insights with creativity to solve the complex challenges facing the retail industry.
Trinh is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at the iconic luxury menswear retailer Harry Rosen. Throughout her career she has launched and driven the growth of some of Canada’s favourite retail brands including Loblaws, President’s Choice, No name, Sobeys, Safeway, Foodland, Tim Hortons, Bell Media (CTV, HBO, Crave, CP24, Discovery, etc) and Grand & Toy.
Trinh is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University and holds an Honours Bachelors of Business Administration degree. She currently volunteers on the Canadian Marketing Association’s Education Committee, supporting the Chartered Marketer designation program.
