As Senior Vice-President, Client Experience Office (CXO), Veronique leads the design and delivery of meaningful Client experiences across our channels and businesses in Canada. Veronique’s team is accountable for our Client Strategy and our Marketing, Client Experience and Client engagement programs. Veronique is also responsible for our Client web and mobile platforms, as well as our data and analytics function.
Since joining Sun Life in 2014, Veronique has held several roles including Vice-President, Client Acquisition, Engagement and Loyalty for the CXO. In that role, she provided strategic direction and oversight to drive Client Acquisition, build Client loyalty, and evolve Client Connect, our Digital Client engagement program. Veronique role also includes the development of Sun Life Canada digital coach, Ella and our Direct-to-Client platform, Sun Life GO.
Prior to joining Sun Life, Véronique was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Her 12 years of experience in management consulting, primarily with the North American financial sector, provided her with a wealth of knowledge and broad expertise.
Véronique is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke with part of her program completed across Mexico, Spain and India.
