Jeff is the Director of Twilio’s Executive Engagement Programs, where he is focused on developing and delivering programs that provide customer executives and senior leaders with the insights and bespoke experiences to inspire and enable transformational customer engagement strategies for their organizations. He leads a global team of engagement strategists, technical and CX advisors, value consultants, and briefing specialists that bring together the best of Twilio to partner with customers to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and engagement for their organizations in order to deliver differentiated, trusted experiences that create value for their customers and for their business.
Prior to joining Twilio, Jeff spent 15+ years as a strategic technology and business consultant advising organizations ranging from startups to F500 companies. A builder at heart, he has also spent time as a senior solution architect, developer, and product manager helping to design and develop new and innovative digital solutions. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Duke University.
