Currently, I will work as an Optimization & Personalization Manager, under Simplii Financials’ Digital Strategy & Client Engagement Team. I work with a cross functional team, across technology, frontline, product and marketing to personalize our client’s online and offline experiences. Prior to working at Simplii Financial, I worked at CIBC in Product Communications, Digital Strategy and in Digital Performance Marketing. Throughout my career, my goal is to advance our client’s experience by furthering our ability to respond and communicate to our client’s ever changing needs.
