As the Founder and CEO of The Camille Company, she oversees a dynamic conglomerate which includes CDJ & Associates, a leading business management consulting firm; and Life at the Half, which is an award-winning Gen-X podcast and community.

Camille excels in developing intricate strategies, enhancing brand presence, and seamlessly executing projects across a wide spectrum, including political and public figures, creative industries, renowned authors, churches, corporations, and entrepreneurial ventures. Her mastery in personal and corporate crisis management, has rightfully earned her the title of the Midwest's very own "Olivia Pope”.

As a two-time published author, Camille's academic accomplishments include a bachelor's degree in business administration, along with distinguished achievements from the prestigious Harvard University Executive Program as well as Cornell University.
