Fiona Renzi-Fantin is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Quality Supply Chain at Haleon Canada.

In her role, Fiona leads the end-to-end supply chain and operations for the Canadian Business Unit, overseeing functions such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Forecasting and Replenishment, Customer Service, as well as Warehousing and Transportation. Fiona first joined Haleon Canada in 2022.

Before joining Haleon Canada, Fiona held various leadership positions, including Head of Supply Chain & Operations at Baxter International Inc., where she played a vital role in network transformation and crisis management. Additionally, she served as VP of Supply Chain at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., focusing on supply and demand planning, S&OP, and product transitions.

Her career has also seen her hold significant roles at Novartis Consumer Health and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where she led supply chain operations across North America, emphasizing the importance of customer service excellence and collaborative planning processes.

Fiona's dedication to process excellence and operational efficiency is evident throughout her career, with expertise in leading large scale transformations, network optimization, and ERP implementation. Fiona emphasizes building high performing teams and continuous learning as the foundation for success. 

Fiona holds certifications in coaching and has completed executive leadership programs from Adler Graduate Professional School, Duquesne University, and Ivey Business School at Western University.
