With over 12 years of diverse experience in strategic partnerships across e-commerce, media, non-profit, and education, Madhur currently serves as Business Development and Partnerships Officer at the Arts and Science Coop department of the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC).

In his role, Madhur shapes strategic collaborations with industry associations, establishes connections with employer organizations, and aids them in co-op recruitment through UTSC's 35+ programs. 

Madhur strongly believes in the transformative power of collaboration. He envisions an ecosystem where collaboration fosters growth and learning, with strategic partnerships acting as catalysts for innovation and progress.
