Nadine Hall currently serves as SVP & GM, Men’s Innerwear – US, a position she has held since July 2021, leading Hanesbrands’ approximately $2B retail sales Men’s Hanes, Champion and licensed Polo Ralph Lauren Underwear and Sleepwear businesses with #1 US men’s underwear market share position. Ms. Hall is experienced in both the Athletic apparel/Activewear industry, including athletic apparel and sport bras and the Innerwear industry, including underwear, sleepwear and socks across genders, channels and brands. Consumer-facing brands have included leading Hanes, Champion, licensed Polo Ralph Lauren and licensed DKNY [Donna Karan New York]. Ms. Hall has held positions of increasing levels of responsibility in scale and scope, including sales, operating profit and organization.
From March 2016-July 2021, Ms. Hall served as President, Basics, leading HBI’s Men’s, Women’s and Kids’ underwear and sock businesses with industry-leading share positions, including representing the Innerwear team to create a dramatically-changed new domestic Innerwear operating model. Prior to the President, Basics role, Ms. Hall served as President, Champion North America. She created an industry-transforming new business model, in partnership with the Design and Sales teams, of C9 athletic apparel, sports bras and licensed athletic footwear, accessories and hard goods products for Men, Women, Boys and Girls exclusively at Target over a 10-year period – achieving $1B+ in annualized retail sales in one year at its peak. Led Champion apparel, sports bra and licensed accessories for men and women in sporting goods, department store and mid-tier channels.
As Sara Lee Hosiery Vice President / General Manager, Ms. Hall supported the Senior Executive team to create Sara Lee Branded Apparel strategic brand positioning and long-term competitive gap analysis. Direct reports included product marketing, category management and retail planning. Ms. Hall began her career with SLH Hosiery, including leading the DKNY licensed hosiery, tights, and socks business.
Ms. Hall received her Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, in Durham, NC; she also received the Duke University Senior Leadership Award for her leadership roles. Ms. Hall graduated from the Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, MD, receiving the Alumni Award for school service upon graduation.
