An Assistant Director with the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), Raj Dam leads the Partnerships and External Relations functions for the Arts and Science Programs at the University. Raj has over 15 years of leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and marketing communications across South Asia and North America. 

 Raj along with his team work with employers across Technology, Healthcare, Government, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking and Finance, Supply Chain etc and help them connect with diverse and well trained talent pool across 35 different programs at UTSC. This manifests in many ways including helping organizations craft an early talent program, offer engagement with students in campus or online, connecting employers with federal or provincial funding partners and similar other Industry-Academia interventions. 

 Raj is a strong believer and champion of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at workplace and has been a mentor to many individuals from equity deserving groups as they seek meaningful employment in Canada.
