February 8, 2023: Deadline for submitting list of items that will be brought in - please send it to operations@dx3canada.com
February 15, 2023: Booth cleaning services. Please email the cleaning services form to Mila Semenova - BuildingAesthetics@torontocongresscentre.com
February 15, 2023: Stronco orders for exhibitor booths (drapes, carpet, chairs, booth set up, items storage and etc. before Feb 28th) - for any questions please contact Stronco - exhibitorservices@stronco.com
February 21, 2023: Encore orders (wired internet & AV equipments) - please contact Dan from Encore for any inquiries - Dan.McKeown@encoreglobal.com
February 27, 2023: Last day for SHOWTECH online orders - after this day, the services will be available for purchase on site at the on site rate‍

Set Up: Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 - 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Exhibition Hours: Wednesday, March 1st - Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tear Down: Thursday, March 2nd, 2023 - 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
