Caroline Seidel is currently a Consultant for Customer Experience & Strategy at Arvato Systems North America. She specializes in analyzing business processes, strengthening the view of the customer and facilitating the development of new digital features within the customer experience. Caroline holds a M. Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, with a specialization in workshop development, e-learning, design thinking, and technical communications in diverse teams.

She has worked for various international companies, including Deutsche Bahn, D.lab, Harvard Medical School, Scene Grammar Lab, and the Tübingen AI Center. She is passionate about new technologies, digital innovations and trends, and is helping to build a free learning platform on Artificial Intelligence (AI), for which she created workshops, online programming tutorials and educational materials on critical thinking and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on society. Her goal is to explain artificial intelligence in an understandable way and make it accessible to as many people as possible.
