In his role as SVP, Commercial at Baffin, Mark leads the Sales, Marketing and Product teams alongside Strategic Planning for the company. He is fortunate enough to leverage his passion for the outdoors when he leads product testing expeditions for Baffin, which have taken him throughout the Rocky Mountains and beyond the Arctic Circle to the Geographic North Pole. As a Certified Performance Coach, Mark is passionate about professional development, he maintains his Chartered Marketer designation, is a contributing Member and Board Member with the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and is completing his MBA at the Ivey School of Business.
