Megan has worked in digital for the entirety of her career. She is currently the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, Email and Media at Staples Canada. Her professional working life began in tech product management and telco partnership marketing at Yahoo. She then shifted to the retail sector in 2014 helping drive digital transformation at Hudson's Bay. Her roles at HBC focused on the adoption of mobile shopping, followed by digital co-marketing with some of the world's biggest and best brands. She began her role at Staples three years ago leading the B2B and B2C marketing efforts in paid digital channels and email. Along with her team of 14, she is responsible for advancing the Staples brand and driving incremental, profitable sales. Her current mission is developing multi-channel personalization to enhance the customer experience and ultimately drive revenue and long-term loyalty.
